• Students strive to maintain a level of physical fitness to improve health
• Students work towards meeting challenges, making decisions, and working as a team to solve problems

MUSIC

• Students begin to learn basic notes and gain a higher understanding of music timing and tempo
• One on one exposure to instruments

All grades perform in a yearly Christmas Concert

SPANISH

• Bi-weekly attendance
• Learning Benchmarks:
• Foundations of the language; greetings, introductions, gender of nouns, adjectives, articles, etc.
• Wide range of vocabulary introduced
• Learn subject pronouns, and the concept of conjugation

All grades study these concepts with different degrees of difficulty
