• Students focus on movement through space and time and the manipulation of objects with speed and accuracy
• Students learn motor skills to perform physical activities
• Students learn movement concepts, principles, and strategies that apply to physical activities

MUSIC

• Weekly attendance
• Learning Benchmarks:
• Students will learn rhythm and beat using hands and voices
• Students are exposed to variety of instruments
• The goal of K-2 music curriculum is to foster a love of music and build self-confidence

All grades perform in a yearly Christmas Concert

SPANISH

• Students learn basic words and numbers
• Students are taught Spanish songs, and games
